BIO:

At only 20 years old, Garrett Huffman has accomplished an impressive amount of career milestones since teaching himself how to play the guitar during the pandemic of 2020.  His original music landed him a record deal with Iron Gate Records, an endorsement deal with Willow Creek Guitars, an endorsement deal with Guitar Wishes Custom Electric Guitars, and has signed with multiple entertainment agencies.  Garrett has amassed countless fans across the United States and, on January 20, 2024, Garrett was bestowed with the esteemed “2023 Carolina CMA Entertainer of the Year” award by the Carolina Country Music Association at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach, SC.  His victory was fueled by the overwhelming support of his fan base, earning him the highest number of votes ever recorded in the history of the competition.  Garrett has graced the stage at over 400 shows across North and South Carolina, as well as Tennessee, since his performance debut in 2021.

MUSIC/PERFORMANCE:

Garrett’s vocal ability sets him above the rest in that he can do almost any genre from country to rock.  He creates the set list based on the venue/crowd and provides a high energy performance that leaves the people wanting more.  Garrett performs as either a solo artist or full band depending on the event.  In addition, Garrett also writes and produces his own original music and has written over 100 songs with many scheduled for release in 2024.  Since 2023, he has accumulated over 100K streams on all platforms.  While his original music is geared toward country rock, what makes Garrett special, is that he can still sing almost any genre and gives each song its own spin/flare.

PAST PERFORMANCES:

Garrett has performed in Nashville, TN at The Local, Tin Roof, and other venues and has played at multiple concert series events with the City of Gastonia, Town of Pineville, NC, City of York, SC, Town of Mooresville, NC, Town of Dallas, NC, and City of Mt. Holly, NC.  He has also opened for the Charlotte Symphony for the past three years, playing for approximately 3,000 people each time.  Garrett has also played events with Warren Peay, Ronald Radford, Mark Herndon, and Dixiana and has opened for Mike Rogers, Cody Webb, Point of Grace, Marcus King, Mac Arnold, and Josh Turner in front of thousands of attendees.  In addition, he has also opened for the bands On The Border, The Rick Strickland Band, The Brent Cates Band, and Dreamer.

AWARDS/ENDORSEMENTS:

Garrett is a signed artist with Iron Gate Records, an endorsed artist with Willow Creek Guitars, an endorsed artist with Guitar Wishes Custom Electric Guitars, the 2023 CCMA Entertainer of the Year, and the 2023 CCMA songwriter of the year nominee.  Garretts’s original music has also been featured on multiple radio stations on 96.9 The Kat, iHeart Radio, Kicks 103.3, 93.9 Carolina Country, WFAY 100.1, WYAY 106.3, Z103.com, and Beach Waves Radio.
